Prototype of the car theme park is Waigaoqiao high-end automobile sales service industry park. It is located in the south of Shanghai Waigaoqiao free trade zone, which belongs to one part of Shanghai FTA. The design concept is cultivated from the traditional boulevard, where pedestrians, greenery and mobility are integrated in an urban unity for excellent user experience and well balanced functionality. For better unifying the area the boulevard is bound into a cycle, forming a circuit through 4 plots that sequences important functions – all of them fostering an overall rich urban environment. The boulevard reaches out with secondary routes to all other adjacent plots and that way strengthens the versatile mobility park to be established.
